Right out of the box, I felt right at home with this mixer. Been doing all sorts of wonderful things with it and it's given me a lot more options than the mini deck I was using up until now. This is a great two channel mixer to practice on until you feel ready enough to go to a 4 channel. HIGHLY recommended.

A really nice set that is inbetween a beginner and expert! I bought it for my friend and he loves it. Slowly, he's learning more and it's great that there are a lot of dials and buttons.

The package was in bad condition, when i got from the delivery boy. The box was torn at bottom. There are lot of dents on the cardboard package. I was afraid before I open the package that, is such a damaged box the product may also get damaged. But lucky there was only lots of dust inside. The product didn't have any damage.Please handle the product more carefully.Otherwise alpha theta / pioneer did a good job.Product is good.Value for money.Good for beginners.The only problem i faced was yhe faders are too close to effects and smart fader buttons.

I bought the FLX4 to learn how to mix and it makes the journey very enjoyable. The controller is small and portable. You only need to plug it in on a USB C to use it; it doesn't use an external power brick/cable to power on that other controllers use. This controller also unlocks most of Rekordbox software that you will use. Pair that with a streaming platform and you're good to go.I can't find anything bad to say about this controller. If were being nitpicky, it would have to be the crossfader could be better quality and the pitch fader could be more precises/bigger. But then again this is only an "entry level" controller.If you're on the fence of getting the FLX4, just go for it. You'll enjoy your time mixing.
