This is a solid entry-level turntable. It's very easy to set up, and the built-in preamp means that there's one less thing to think about when you're getting into this hobby. I really like the sleek design, and the dust cover makes it much easier to keep it (and by extension your records!) clean. I do wish it had Bluetooth connectivity, but this isn't a huge deal. The sound quality is great, especially at this price-point, and the turntable just feels well-made and robust.

I am BRAND new in record players or anything related but just had a random interest so after doing a little research this was the best budget friendly record player. It was very easy to set up and it looks great. I think the sound quality is great but that may also depend on which speakers you get. AND YES BEFORE YOU BUY MAKE SURE YOU KNOW YOU NEED SPEAKERS! It was also very easy to set up. It took like 10 minutes. One of my favorite things is the automatic tone arm. When you turn it on the tone arm automatically places itself onto the record. And vice versa when turning it off!

Getting into the audiophile world can be pricey, well into several hundreds and thousands. But where to start? The AT-LP70 is a great option! You’re getting a decent enough device to get you going without sacrificing too much quality at the expense of cost.

So originally I had an $80 Gemini turntable and it lasted me for a while. But I wanted something better. Nothing too fancy. Just something that looks nice and sounds nice. And that’s exactly what this model is perfect for. It’s perfect for someone that wants to spend a little extra $$$ for something that sounds a little better.It has a pretty good preamp built in and it’s easy to set up. And it looks great no matter where you put it. It’s currently the centerpiece of my bedroom. It has a dust cover so you can leave a record on without worrying about it getting dusty. Great turntable. 12 out of 10. Love it!

I still have all my albums and needed a new phonograph. This turntable took me back to receivers and big speakers. The turntable works great going through an old receiver. The only difference is it’s all going through the sound bar on my tv. The sound is great.

I just started collecting records this year, and I’m loving the record player. It was so easy to set up. I purchased the Edifier speakers and I connected my old sub to it and the music sounds great!!! This is a great turntable for anyone who is a beginner like me😊

We were a bit delayed in getting speakers, but once we got everything connected all we got was static -- the stylus that came with the turntable was bent so we had to order a replacement. Once that arrived, we were able to play and have great sound quality. Stylus issue aside, setup was easy and connecting to speakers was quick and painless.

When it decides to work right it sounds amazing. However I've had major issues with skipping. Even on some of my brand new records. For the price I'd suggest something else. Hopefully audio technica solves this issue because it's a great unit otherwise.

I really wanted to like this turntable more. The cartridge is a good entry level basic item and the automatic action works very well. The problem is the entire thing feels light and plasticky. You HAVE to connect up the ground between amp and the turntable or else you get a horrible hum. This is always a good practice but usually not necessary. I tried this turntable with a Denon and a Sony amp with the same result. Good thing it comes with a proper phono cable with included ground. The internal phono pre-amp worked fine but wasn't as nice as the proper pre-amps on upscale amplifiers.The dynamics and sound were decent enough but I couldn't get past the flutter on full sized LPs. This seemed to be more noticeable on the beginning of a record and seemed to fade over time. To make sure that I wasn't going crazy I downloaded a respected flutter measuring application and tested this, as well as my other turntables. Surprisingly this turn table was measuring just under an half of a percent of flutter. On a side note - I have 2 45 RPM singles. Both sounded fine and I didn't notice any flutter.Bottom Line - just less than half of a percent doesn't sound like much but it negatively impacted my listening experience.

This turntable has good sound. The timing on the belt is well done; all of my records sound like the correct pitch.

This turntable is compact (huge plus for us, as we have limited shelf space), and easy to set up and operate. It is basic, but that's all I need for the few times I want to play vinyl during the year (mostly Christmas classics). The sound is good. The teens love the retro look and operation!

Awesome Turntable in every way! It's sleek and stylish with a modern design and all black color. It was super easy to set up and plays my records no problem. It's very well made and great quality, solid and durable. The sound is incredible, its loud, clear and crisp. It looks amazing in my living room and I use it almost everyday. So far it's been working wonderfully and I love it. Would definitely recommend it for the quantity and price.
